Rob Jones - CEO, President

Rob Jones is the President & CEO of the Alliance Group, which he founded over 20 years ago. An attorney by training, Rob has also served at the senior level in administration of a former Virginia Governor and served on the Richmond City Council along with other public service positions.  

A hands-on manager, Rob stays involved with all aspects of client work at the firm. 

Rob is engaged in the business and nonprofit community having served in leadership roles in a number of organizations including ChamberRVA, Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR), and the Virginia Council of CEO's. He also serves on the largest state-chartered credit union, the Virginia Credit Union board as its immediate past Chair.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Virginia - McIntire School of Commerce and holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law.

1. Is always on the go – has been to 49 of the 50 states (only Alaska to go) and 30+ countries.
2. Has a great dog that owns him – Miss Wrigley – who comes to the office every day.
