Liz Newsome - Jr. Account Executive 

Liz works primarily with the firm’s association management and grassroots clients. Liz plans and executes client functions, including Board meetings and large-scale events. Liz handles a wide variety of client communications responsibilities, including preparing member newsletters and managing social media and website content.

Liz is skilled at multi-tasking and has exceptional organizational skills. Liz stays current on the latest public relations trends to serve clients and help meet their outreach and communications needs.

Liz brings extensive marketing, event management and fundraising expertise to her role at the Alliance Group. Liz’s prior experience includes work on a re-branding campaign for Radford University and managing social media messaging and strategy for the Emory & Henry College Athletics Department.

Liz has lived all over Virginia, from Hampton to Abingdon, and has traveled to every corner of the Commonwealth.

Liz graduated from Radford University with a BS in Communication and Media Studies.

1. When not at the office, she loves spending time outside with her four-year-old black lab, Beau.
