Andy Poarch - COO

Andy is an attorney by training, with a corporate and transactional background at a large international law firm. Andy also has extensive experience in state government, having worked in senior positions for two Virginia Governors with responsibility for managing enterprise-wide projects. 

In his leadership role, Andy works on behalf of the CEO to manage the team and oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations.  Andy also handles business development efforts and strategic planning to guide the firm’s continued growth and success. 

Andy advises a wide range of Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits and government agencies on their branding and communications strategies, including digital and social media needs.  Andy also has valuable public policy experience in helping clients work with elected officials to navigate the legislative and regulatory processes at the local, state and federal levels.  Andy has organized and directed successful grassroots campaigns to reach key constituency groups, in a variety of industry sectors, and opinion leaders across the Commonwealth.

Andy earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.  Andy is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the Richmond community, including ChamberRVA, and is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.  

Interesting facts about Andy:
1. Father to two teenage sons…..’nough said 😊. 
2. Husband to the wonderful and creative Anne Poarch, a talented small business owner and entrepreneur who started Basket & Bike to lead bicycle tours along the Virginia Capital Trail and in downtown RVA.
